Printer I bought arrived in perfect condition, however it could not scan with it's ADF the size it said it could (the website said it was able). I emailed to return it. No response. I called to return it the next day. Was transferred a bunch of times. The woman I spoke to clearly did not understand the issue. She kept telling me to call HP to get technical support. Then said she had to check with her Sales team and her Quality team. They had no answers. She said she would call me back.

Next day, no call back. I call back. She claims to have emailed me. No email. They said I had to speak to HP again and they would take a return but with a 15% restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping.

I asked to speak to a manager. She then connected me to technical support. I called back. She then connected me with the manager.

Spoke with the manager. He was incredibly rude and combative. I have escalated the matter to Ebay. Will never buy from them again.
