I've been a customer for two years and believe the dentist conduct good work. I appreciate how they maximize my benefits, professional service of the dentist and dental assistants. The lower rate review is a reflection of the clerical staff's customer service skills and organization. Everytime I come into the office I'm asked for information which I understand is standard practice but what is always missing are the documents referenced that I'm being asked to sign that I've received them. Im always required to prompt them to provide and deny to sign to get a copy of the form which is not always received in a positive matter.
